Hello Everyone, My name is Priya Jha, and I am excited to be part of the NTU Executive Certificate in Agentic AI Leadership programme. My career has been at the intersection of technology, data, and financial services. Over the past decade, I have led large-scale transformation initiatives at a global financial institution, where I worked on AI adoption, CRM implementation, data platforms, analytics, and digital transformation. Throughout my career, I've enjoyed solving complex business problems by bringing together technology, strategy, and cross-functional teams. As AI continues to evolve from assisting humans to acting as intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making, I believe leaders need to understand not only the technology but also how to responsibly integrate it into business strategy, operating models, and governance. I am joining this programme to deepen my understanding of Agentic AI, explore practical enterprise use cases, and learn how organizations build and scale AI-driven capabilities responsibly. I am also looking forward to learning from the diverse experiences of my fellow participants and exchanging ideas on how AI will reshape the future of work and leadership. Looking forward to an engaging learning journey with all of you! Feel free to connect with me on Linkedin (https://www.linkedin.com/in/priya-jha-a7531316/). Thanks!Hello Everyone,

Hi everyone, I'm Hasan, Based in Sydney, leading Capex-intensive deal strategy and P&L optimisation for large Telco and AI Data Centre transformation deals across APJ. My background is 20+ years in telecommunications and now also focusing Data Center Infrastructures — from pre-sales at ZTE and product management at Huawei, then long run within Nokia Mobile Networks solution sales, commercial "war room" advisory, and pricing leadership and now Dell Technologies — taking me from Dhaka, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Nairobi, Singapore and now Sydney. I'm here because as Capex shifts toward AI infrastructure and data centres, I've found myself building a fun agentic workflow automation framework for any large Manufacturing MNO. I want to bring more structure and governance rigour to that work, get hands-on with no-code tools to prototype ideas myself, and learn from people driving Agentic AI adoption in other sectors. Hi everyone! I'm Poorvi, and I'm really looking forward to learning alongside all of you. I've spent the last 20 years in Quality Engineering, working primarily in the IT services, banking and insurance industries. Over that time, I've had the opportunity to lead enterprise quality transformation initiatives and help organisations adapt their quality practices as software engineering has evolved—from traditional enterprise applications to data-intensive platforms and, more recently, AI-native systems. What excites me most about this programme is that we're at an inflection point. AI isn't just changing how we build software—it has the potential to fundamentally change how we lead engineering teams, make decisions, and think about quality. While I've been experimenting with AI in quality engineering and automation, I joined this programme because I want to better understand agentic AI, how organisations can adopt it responsibly, and what it means for the future of engineering leadership. I'm also looking forward to learning from this incredibly diverse cohort. Dear fellow classmates, My name is Geoff Tan. I am a technical trainer in the semiconductor and electronics industries, with experience spanning IC manufacturing, PCB assembly, robotics, automation, product failure analysis, and advanced semiconductor packaging. With over 30 years of experience in this sector, I currently operate as an industrial technical trainer and serve as the CTO of my medical gadget company, specializing in biomedical sensing. I enrolled in this Agentic AI Leadership program to accelerate my understanding of AI capabilities. My goal is twofold: first, to integrate these advanced concepts and hands-on training into the generative AI training I deliver; second, to implement agentic workflows into our IoT medical devices. I look forward to embarking on this 18-week journey with all of you and discovering how it will help us stand out and gain a competitive edge in our respective industries. Hi everyone, I'm Fransisca Irene — founder & CEO of a few businesses in fashion and textiles in Indonesia, including a B2B/B2C textile manufacturer running 30+ years, and a beauty retail brand focused on consumer education. I lead brand and marketing strategy across the portfolio, and also build a personal brand around fashion and entrepreneurship on social media. I'm joining this program because I've started applying AI directly into business operations — from product research to data-driven decisions — and I want to learn how to build agentic AI systems that actually run day-to-day, not just stay conceptual. Looking forward to connecting — happy to exchange notes on AI in fashion/retail or transforming a family business.Hi everyone,

Hello everyone, I'm Smit, and I'm excited to be part of the NTU Executive Certificate in Agentic AI Leadership programme. I have over a decade of experience in software engineering, primarily in financial services, where I've worked on building large-scale distributed systems, data platforms, AML solutions, cloud-native microservices, and observability platforms. Throughout my career, I've enjoyed solving complex engineering challenges while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions. Over the past few years, my interest has shifted toward Artificial Intelligence—particularly Agentic AI. I'm fascinated by how autonomous AI agents can move beyond simply answering questions to planning, reasoning, collaborating, and executing real-world tasks. I believe this represents one of the biggest shifts in software engineering since the move to cloud computing. I'm joining this programme to deepen my understanding of designing and leading Agentic AI systems, learn practical enterprise applications, and understand the governance, architecture, and leadership required to deploy these technologies responsibly at scale. Outside of work, I enjoy following emerging technologies, investing in AI and healthcare innovation, and building side projects that explore AI-powered automation and intelligent products. I'm looking forward to learning from everyone in this cohort, exchanging ideas, and collaborating throughout the programme. Hi, All! I'm Dona. I started as an accountant but realized I was more curious about what was happening behind the numbers than just reporting them. I then transitioned to ERP (and CRM) consulting, starting out as a business process consultant. I've spent the first 8 years leading cross-functional teams in ERP delivery, optimizing processes across FMCG, logistics, services, trading and distribution, and construction in the Philippines. My favorite project was leading the pilot systems integration for Universal Robina Corporation that united their distributors' SAP Business One applications with the corporate system (SAP ECC, back then), reducing manual order processing from 3-4 days to just minutes and eliminating friction in their invoicing. For the past 7 years, I've remotely worked with US and Canadian clients in Utilities/Energy, Construction, Financial Services, and Non-profits. I mostly led and oversaw NetSuite implementations and integration builds (with Salesforce, ADP, Wells Fargo, other systems) to increase transactional visibility and speed up financial closes. These systems often end up turning non-accountants into practical accountants, simply because reporting becomes easy for them to manage. I'm here because I want to take that concept to the next level using Agentic AI. I want to learn the process to build tools that help these non-accountant users easily talk to and understand financial numbers just like a real Accountant would, while also deepening my skills on how to help C-suite clients see the true business value behind the AI hype.
