Hello Everyone,

My name is Priya Jha, and I am excited to be part of the NTU Executive Certificate in Agentic AI Leadership programme.

My career has been at the intersection of technology, data, and financial services. Over the past decade, I have led large-scale transformation initiatives at a global financial institution, where I worked on AI adoption, CRM implementation, data platforms, analytics, and digital transformation. Throughout my career, I've enjoyed solving complex business problems by bringing together technology, strategy, and cross-functional teams.

As AI continues to evolve from assisting humans to acting as intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making, I believe leaders need to understand not only the technology but also how to responsibly integrate it into business strategy, operating models, and governance.

I am joining this programme to deepen my understanding of Agentic AI, explore practical enterprise use cases, and learn how organizations build and scale AI-driven capabilities responsibly. I am also looking forward to learning from the diverse experiences of my fellow participants and exchanging ideas on how AI will reshape the future of work and leadership.

Hi Everyone, my name is Stanley Jacobs, I am a technical architect in my full time job. My understanding about AI is more on technical side. By joining this programme, I am expecting to not only understand about technicalities, but also another angle or perspective about AI itself, governance, trends, etc.

Hi everyone, I'm Hasan, Based in Sydney, leading Capex-intensive deal strategy and P&L optimisation for large Telco and AI Data Centre transformation deals across APJ. My background is 20+ years in telecommunications and now also focusing Data Center Infrastructures — from pre-sales at ZTE and product management at Huawei, then long run within Nokia Mobile Networks solution sales, commercial "war room" advisory, and pricing leadership and now Dell Technologies — taking me from Dhaka, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Nairobi, Singapore and now Sydney.

I'm here because as Capex shifts toward AI infrastructure and data centres, I've found myself building a fun agentic workflow automation framework for any large Manufacturing MNO. I want to bring more structure and governance rigour to that work, get hands-on with no-code tools to prototype ideas myself, and learn from people driving Agentic AI adoption in other sectors.

Hi Everyone! My name is Sean Foo, and I’m thrilled to be here as a Support Engineer focusing on Digital Facilities Management (FM) as part of the in-house Building Management Office. 

In my role, I have the pleasure of managing and maintaining essential building infrastructure and engineering systems, all aimed at creating a safe and reliable environment for our wonderful staff, visitors, and contractors.

My name is Adi Galimidi and I’m based in Sydney, Australia.  I’m an accountant and auditor by background, but over the course of my career have been involved in large scale technology transformation for the Audit division in a Professional Services firm and now lead the deployment of technology and AI capabilities. 

Excited about the possibilities, but also cautious and slightly concerned about the impacts of AI.  Looking forward to learning more about agentic capabilities and contemplating the impacts and the organizational, people and other changes needed to implement them effectively.

Might be the odd one out here, as most of you come from technical or financial-services backgrounds. My core skills are in brand marketing and creative work, with clients like Under Armour, Royal Enfield, PayU and Coca-Cola. I taught myself to build, websites and apps first, then the AI systems I now ship.

Hello everyone, I’m Yen Hoon, and I currently lead the Healthcare Performance and Innovation Office in a community healthcare setting.

My career began in engineering and process improvement, and over the years, I moved into healthcare quality, patient safety, governance, value-based care, digitalisation and AI. Much of my work involves improving complex systems, supporting frontline teams, and exploring how technology can reduce administrative burden and improve care delivery.

I joined this programme because I am keen to better understand how agentic AI can be applied practically and responsibly within healthcare. In particular, I hope to learn how to design effective AI agents and workflows, build appropriate governance and human oversight, and translate ideas into solutions that can create real value for staff, patients and caregivers.

Hi everyone! I'm Nora Pataut, based in Singapore (12 yrs now). I'm in the Pharma industry, originally a scientist, I have evolved from delivering science into leading enterprise digital programs to address critical pain points in how we develop and optimise our drug process recipes from R&D to manufacturing. In the second half of this year, I will be transitioning to managing a startup in the life sciences space, using and embedding our platform that utilises agentic AI. So I want to lead by example and show my future customers that I know what I'm talking about, so they trust me with delivering impactful value in their digital transformation. Hi everyone! I'm Poorvi, and I'm really looking forward to learning alongside all of you.

I've spent the last 20 years in Quality Engineering, working primarily in the IT services, banking and insurance industries. Over that time, I've had the opportunity to lead enterprise quality transformation initiatives and help organisations adapt their quality practices as software engineering has evolved—from traditional enterprise applications to data-intensive platforms and, more recently, AI-native systems.

What excites me most about this programme is that we're at an inflection point. AI isn't just changing how we build software—it has the potential to fundamentally change how we lead engineering teams, make decisions, and think about quality. While I've been experimenting with AI in quality engineering and automation, I joined this programme because I want to better understand agentic AI, how organisations can adopt it responsibly, and what it means for the future of engineering leadership.

I'm also looking forward to learning from this incredibly diverse cohort.
