Programme Introduction

Welcome to Nanyang Technological University in the Agentic AI Leadership Programme!

The Agentic AI Leadership programme is designed to help professionals understand how AI is transforming business workflows, decision-making, and organisational operations. The programme explores how Generative AI and Agentic AI systems can automate tasks, coordinate workflows, and support human teams at scale. Through practical business applications, learners will analyse AI opportunities, redesign workflows, evaluate governance considerations, and build AI-enabled solutions using no-code tools. The focus is not only on understanding AI technologies, but on developing the leadership mindset required to adopt AI responsibly and strategically within the enterprise.

As you explore the latest concepts, tools, and applications in Agentic AI, the programme itself demonstrates these innovations in practice. Programme Structure

The Nanyang Technological University in Agentic AI Leadership is a fully online programme of 18 weeks, with each week offering recorded lecture videos, activities and live sessions.

The Programme Orientation module will provide you with an overview of the programme along with the programme outline, completion requirements, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and an overview of the learning platform. The learning platform is your central point of access to all programme content, including video lectures, assignments and discussions.

Plan Your Time

  • Each week on Wednesday, you will get access to a new module with video lectures and corresponding assignments.
  • Complete all assignments, discussions and quizzes for the week before the due date, that is, no later than Wednesday at 4:29 PM SGT of the following week.  
  • Live sessions have been scheduled throughout this programme journey to help you interact with your faculty and programme leader. For details of the live sessions schedule, please visit the Live Sessions page, accessible from the left navigation pane.

There are no prerequisites to successfully complete this programme. The learning platform provides all the material required to complete the programme.

Key Activities

Each week, you will be assigned a set of required and self-study activities. In the Programme Orientation week, you must:

  1. Meet your fellow learners.
  2. Take the pre-programme survey.
  3. Read and agree to the Student Code of Conduct and the Programme Agreement.
