📌 Required Capstone Project Phases 2 and 3 📌

This week you will get access to the required capstone phases 2 and 3. Phases 2 and 3 have been released together to help you maintain continuity between designing a solution and validating it in practice.

As you define the future-state workflow and agent design in Phase 2, you will be in a stronger position to begin planning, building and testing your prototype in Phase 3. Working across both phases allows you to see how design decisions translate into real workflow behaviour and encourages a more iterative approach to problem-solving.

This release structure also gives you greater flexibility to pace your work according to your schedule and learning journey. You can begin exploring the prototype as your redesign takes shape, rather than waiting until a later stage of the capstone.

We recommend completing the core redesign activities first and then progressively moving into prototyping. This will help you develop a more cohesive solution and create a stronger foundation for the governance and scaling activities that follow.
